Print-on-Demand Items: Due to the custom nature of our products, we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or color preference.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll send the correct item immediately.
